If you’re not happy with your NoseFree for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order — no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original packaging
• You must contact us first at nosefree.support@gmail.com
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We also offer full refunds in these cases:
• Item arrived damaged or defective
• Wrong item was sent
• Package never arrived after 30 days
